I want to update our Membership that we will be having a General Meeting on January 7th at 5:30pm. However, in light of the current COVID conditions we have decided not to present our 5K Race Donations at this meeting. We will present them individually to each Charity when they can accommodate us.
The Meeting will be brief, the main purpose is to to vote in our new Members, some of who have been waiting since November. We will have a list of these names posted on the main bulletin board in the Social Quarters for your review, if you so desire. If you have any questions or concerns please see me.
We need take to all the precautions necessary to protect our Members from COVID exposure. Thanks in advance for you support on this matter.
