Our race is more than a 5k, it is a month-long Celebration of Veterans. We have something for everyone.

American Legion Riders 5k Race Kickoff Ride - April 25, 2020 If you ride a motorcycle, you'll enjoy joining our ALR veterans on a ride to Kickoff our Celebration. Kickstands Up from Post 29 at 11AM. Cost is $20 per motorcycle, $5 per rider. We will post a link when registration details are are available.

Concert with The TAMS at The Cobb Civic Center - April 30, 2020 7:30-10:30PM. We are pleased to offer a fun night of of music, dancing, and patriotism with legendary beach, soul, and R&B group The TAMS. Tickets will be sold at the door, day of the event. Tickets may also be purchased at the Post 29 Social Quarters (770-427-5900). Cost is $30 for each seat. A table for 8 near the dance floor may be purchased for $350. Doors open at 7:00pm.

Wine Tasting at Marietta Wine Market - May 16, 2020 Join us from 2-4PM on Saturday May 16th for wine, hors devours, and conversation. Open to the public. A $10 donation is requested. More details here.

Race Packet and T-shirt Pick Up - May 21st and May 22nd, 2020 Packet pickup for registered runners will be at Post 29, 921 Gresham Avenue NE, Marietta, GA 30060 on May 21st 4-8PM or May 22nd, 9AM-noon. Registration and other information here.

Veterans' Memorial 5k Race - May 23, 2020 Our family-friendly race day has a 5k run/walk at 0730, a 1k run/walk at 0830, and a Tot Trot at 0845. The Wheelchair division begins at 0725. This is a chip timed race, open to all skill levels. Cost is $30 for runners until May 11th, then $35 until online registration ends May 21st, and $40 up to race day. Phantom runners may support our charities and collect a t-shirt for $25. Registration and other information here.

Military Appreciation Celebration - May 23, 2020 Join us at Glover Park in the Marietta Square for a free patriotic concert by the Georgia Symphony Orchestra. More details here.
