Who should race?
Everyone! Since 2020, we have included a wheelchair division. This is a family-friendly, pet-friendly event. As long as children and pets are supervised, they may participate. For young children we have a 1k Race/Walk and a Tot Trot for those under 5. Strollers are welcome. Dogs on a leash are welcome.
What's the course?
The race begins and ends on the Marietta Square: 1 Cherokee Street NE, Marietta, GA. We have a fun, challenging course that winds through the historic neighborhoods of Marietta. Click here to see a map of the course.
What's the cost?
The 2021 race costs $40 for runners and $25 for phantom runners (t-shirt only). The cost is discounted to $35 for those who register by November 10th and to $30 for those who register by October 20th. Support us and earn a T-shirt for $25. Detailed Registration information can be found here.
What logistics should I know?
Packet pick up will be held at Post 29, located at 921 Gresham Avenue NE, Marietta, GA 30060. Pick up times will be 4-8pm on November 11th and 9AM-noon on November 12th. On race day, registration and packet pickup will be on the Marietta Square beginning at 6:30am. Wheelchair and 5k starts at 7:30am. The 1k starts at 8:30am. The Tot Trot begins at 08:45am. Food and water will be available at the race start/finish. Water will be available on the course. Traffic around the Marietta Square will be blocked off. Parking will be available near the square, as outlined here.
Can I support you in other ways?
The best way to support our efforts is to participate in the Race. If you don't care to walk or run, you can be a phantom runner. For $25 we'll give you a t-shirt to show your support.
