From the ALR

ALR wants to place more emphasis on recruiting like-minded riders to join our ALR chapter.  We currently have 20 paid members with a goal of reaching 25 members for 2022.  The key is quality over quantity.  We’re seeking individuals that want to get involved to support our veteran causes.  An effective and efficient way to recruit more members is through each member’s social media networks.  Please copy and paste the below to your social media networks to get the word out.  Your help is greatly appreciated.

If you have a motorcycle and would like to support our military veterans, please consider joining the American Legion Riders Post 29 located at 921 Gresham Ave, Marietta, GA.  American Legion Riders are well known for our charitable work which has raised funds for local children’s hospitals, veteran homes, children of fallen veterans and Wreaths Across America to name a few of our worthy causes.  We love to ride motorcycles and support our veterans. You don’t have to be a veteran or have served in the military to join.  Membership is also open to all ages whose spouse, parents or grandparents served in the US military.  We meet on the 3rd Saturday of the month @ 11am at Horace Orr Post 29 so drop in on our next meeting.  Visitors are welcomed!  Or, please visit our website at  https://post29marietta.org/join-the-alr/ for more information.  You can also contact any officer listed under the ALR Leadership drop down tap. Join us and let’s ride!
